Garden trough is a long, narrow depression, like receptacle used in
gardens. In simple terms garden troughs are containers filled with
specialist alpine plants. They are so called because this style of
gardening was started out with the British collectors and they used old
horse troughs for their initial plantings.
Garden troughs come in a multitude of shapes and sizes and can also be
custom designed to match varied client specifications. The attractive
troughs have designs that can be modern or contemporary. The objective
is simply to grow tiny plants and create tiny gardens.
